Any issues that occur with staff should be taken up with the GM or owner in private IM, NOT in group chat. We take great care in selecting moderators and supporting staff, thus expect no problems between them and members. However, do feel free to come directly to the owner with any problem that may arise. Check profiles for appropriate contact methods. If none are listed, an IM or Notecard will suffice .. or both .. better safe than sorry 🙂
